Your Contract Information Solutions Provider
As an independent information systems and technology provider I base my livelihood on ensuring my clients receive superior service and systems engineering. My rates are competitive and I will never oversell because I am confident my clients will return to me in the future. Also I will never recommend an inferior solution because I take ownership of supporting any project long after it is completed.
As a full-service solutions architect I perform hands-on work, sub-contracting, and direct client-vendor negotiation to ensure every aspect of a project is cared for. You can rely on me to fulfill any level of involvement dictated.
Initial Consult
After initial contact is made and introductions are completed I will provide a complementary consultation to talk about your project, specific environment or needs. This generally lasts up to an hour or so, but could be longer.
During this conference I will immerse myself in the big-picture view of your business and information systems or technology needs.
Project Scoping
When we have a good understanding of each other If I think a potential client would be better served by another vendor or partner I will help them establish this contact. If I think we are well suited I may follow up this call with some specific questions.
When enough information is available to scope the project the deliverables and methodology we'll use to tackle your tasks will be reviewed with you. We may also draw up an extended project plan and timeline if the situation merits.

Agreement
If it seems like we are on the same page a standard letter of intent will be submitted for your approval. This is a boiler-plate mutual protection agreement, but also lays out the terms of our engagement and what we can expect from each other. If you have another document you would prefer to work from we can use that, or negotiate changes to mine.
Availability
I work full-time from my home office in the Eastern US (EST/EDT GMT-0500) time zone during normal office hours. I do however make myself available on-call and out-of-hours under special agreement when necessary. My time is generally split 50/50 between prescheduled engagements and flex-time (though it can vary). Our time together can be scheduled in advance, ad-hoc during my flex-block, or you can elect to retain a guarenteed number of hours.
Execution
During the course of our engagement I will maintain constant contact with you to ensure we remain on-track and on-time. I will continually analyze progress and make adjustments to the plan as necessary.
Completion
As the project wraps up I will insist on getting verbal or written sign-offs ensuring all those impacted have been trained as necessary and are satisfied with the state of things.
Follow-up
When it seems like things have settled and gelled I will follow-up to tie any loose ends, identify further projects, or recommend strategy moving forward.
